GIFT IDEAS

Curated by Nella Beljan

Nella Beljan from Berlin. Her visual worlds reflect her creative, diverse range. She has the great gift of connecting people on many different levels.

Curated by Nadine Goepfert

Nadine Goepfert based in Berlin. I met her just four weeks ago. However, during our first meeting, when she handed me her beautiful objects, everything felt surprisingly familiar. This is probably because I have been following her fascinating work at the intersection of teaching, fashion, and art for such a long time.

Curated by Jonathan Stolze

Jonathan Stolze from Berlin. He is an actor and I met him briefly at Documenta 15, as he is a close friend of Sophie, who manages our communication. Sometimes, short moments leave lasting impressions, and that was the case with him. By chance, he is now following the call to the Schauspielhaus in Hannover, my hometown.

Curated by Hans Hansen

Hans Hansen from Hamburg. I’ve known him for almost 20 years. He is a highly awarded master of still photography with a wonderful personality. His unique gift lies in recognizing, sensing, and making visible the essence of an object – the invisible. He photographed all the objects for the project, and I am very grateful that we were able to involve him.

Curated by Taro Tsukamoto

Taro Tsukamoto from Tokyo is a talented graphic designer, traveler, and passionate collector of vintage everyday objects, mainly from Germany and Austria, which he brings to Japan. One of my favorite books by him is dedicated to his impressive collection of eco bags.

Curated by Philipp Bree

My motivation is the relationship between human and object, and the development of our future consumption patterns. I am grateful that together, we were able to open up a personal perspective in this project, one that I hope will be an inspiration to you.
